전세계에서 한국 사람들이 Future Trend에 대한 관심을 가장 많이 보이고 있는 것 같다. Google Trends에서 “future trend”를 입력했더니 사용 언어 유형별로 Korean이 1위를 차지했다. 지역별로는 말레이지아, 싱가포르, 홍콩 다음으로 한국이 4위이지만 이들 나라에서도 한국사람들이 입력할 수 있다는 점을 고려하면, 한국 사람들이 Future Trend에 대해 가장 많은 관심을 갖고 있다고 말할 수 있을 것 같다.
그러면 한국사람들이 가장 많이 보고 있는 Future Trend는 무엇일까? ‘미래 트렌드”를 Google에서 검색한 결과에 의하면, NDSL 동향 분석의 미래 트렌드 가 가장 눈에 띈다. NDSL은 과학기술정보통합 서비스 사이트인데 미래 트렌드에 관해서 모두 3천 건 정도의 뉴스, 단행본, 정기관행물 정보를 제공하고 있다.
그저 각 도시별, 언어별 비율일 뿐이지 그 이상의 의미로 해석하시는 것은 곤란합니다.
To rank the top regions, cities, or languages, Google Trends first looks at a sample of all Google searches to determine the areas or languages from which we received the most searches for your first term.
Then, for those top cities, Google Trends calculates the ratio of searches for your term coming from each city divided by total Google searches coming from the same city.
The city ranking you see on the page and the bar charts alongside each city name both represent this ratio.
When cities’ ratios are fairly close together, the corresponding bar graphs will be roughly the same length, and the exact ranking between these cities is less meaningful.
